Site use and estimates
Site content is informational, and no online estimate is a binding quote. Final price and scope depend on the vehicle, VIN, damage type and location, glass availability, sensors or ADAS, moldings, rust or prior damage, service location, insurance coverage, and conditions found during inspection.
Free windshield inspection
A free windshield inspection helps determine whether damage appears repairable or replacement is recommended. It does not guarantee that glass can be repaired or replace the inspection required during service. A photo assessment is preliminary; size, depth, location, contamination, and structural condition may change the recommendation.
Service and authorization
Before work begins, we will confirm the service, price, location, and known requirements. The customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and authorizing the work. Timing is an estimate and may change due to weather, parts, calibration, or other conditions outside our control.
Workmanship warranty
KD Auto Glass provides a lifetime workmanship warranty against air or water leaks on windshield installations. Manufacturer warranties apply to glass and materials. The warranty does not cover new damage, collision, vandalism, pre-existing rust or damage, vehicle defects, alterations, or later work performed by another party.
ADAS and safety
Some vehicles require calibration after replacement. We will explain known requirements based on available vehicle information and manufacturer procedures. Customers must follow safe-drive-away instructions and any post-service warnings.
Insurance
KD Auto Glass may assist with documentation and next steps, but the insurance carrier decides coverage, deductible, and payment. The customer remains responsible for amounts not covered.
Third-party financing
When financing is offered, the application, approval, terms, and account servicing are handled by the financing provider. Availability is subject to approval and additional terms presented by that provider.
Photos, VIN, and external links
Information and photos you submit are used to assess and coordinate your request as described in our Privacy Policy. Links to insurers, Google, Snap Finance, Kaizen Glass Solutions, or other third parties are provided for convenience; their products, decisions, and policies are independent of KD Auto Glass.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by California law. We may update them as our services or applicable requirements change; the posted date identifies the current version. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
